We do toenail cleanouts, I cleanout the under-the-toenail toe cheese with a special pointy file. It's the most exciting fun ever, the toe cheese is pungent, salty & cheesey. It's wildly exciting when you do it immediately after removing her nylon stockings with reinforced toes. The mixture of the toe cheese & reinforced nylon toes is completely overwhelming, you can't hold back anything, it all comes out.
